For each product which is claimed on account of the discrepancy between the product and the agreement made between the seller and the purchaser, 24 month guarantee is provided.
The purchaser bears the costs of the postage of the product claimed. After considering the claim, product is sent back at the shop’s expense.
If the claim is acknowledged, the purchaser is entitled to the reimbursement of the postage costs of the product complained about (the cost of Polish post office regular parcel). The seller is allowed to demand the coverage of the cost of sending the parcel by the purchaser, if the claim is groundless. The grounds of the complaint are examined by the expert.
The basis of accepting the complaint is the confirmation of the purchase (tax receipt or VAT invoice)
We accept only tidy shoes with the original confirmation of the purchase in our shop.

The differences arising from the individual settings of the purchaser’s computer (colour, proportions etc.) cannot be the basis of the claim.
Only the hidden defects of the shoes, caused by manufacturer’s fault can be the subject of claim.
The subjects of the complaint cannot be:
The natural results of wearing shoes,
The shoes which have mechanical damage and damage caused by inappropriate preservation,
The comfort of the shoes - the shoes which are not adjusted to the purchaser’s foot,
Colour differences, leather texture, foldings and ruffles caused by the natural process of wearing shoes and natural properties of leather,
The damage resulting from the use of the shoes NOT in accordance with their purpose.
If the product is inconsistent with the agreement the purchaser can demand:
The restoration of the product to the condition stated in the agreement within the framework of the free-off charge repair
if the repair is impossible, it requires excessive costs or if the seller will not manage to satisfy the demands within the time limit, the product will be replaced with the new one.
The parcels with exchanged or repaired products will be sent back by Polish post office (regular parcel) unless the client requests us to send the parcel at his expense.
